Barista/Cashier Plus!

Responsibilities and Duties

For this role we need a hard working, detail oriented, coffee lover who understands the value of using checklists and following protocols. You enjoy interacting with people and are proud to represent our products. Reporting to the manager, you will learn the details of our operations including Cash, Counter Service, Customer area housekeeping, Kitchen service, General Duties, Barista, restocking + specialties

Over time, we will harness your drive and creativity to develop new menu items, communicate our values and improve our processes.

Qualifications and Qualities

  • Must have or be willing to get foodhandler certification.
  • Must be able to lift 50lb.
  • Must be legally able to work in Canada

Production Assistant

Do you LOVE coffee? Do you want your work efforts to contribute positively to nature and biodiversity? Are you hard working?  Do you enjoy a smaller team in an independent company?  Are you looking for a positive environment where you are appreciated?

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist in production and including preparing packaging, filling packages, assembling and shipping orders, and housekeeping. 

Qualifications and Qualities:

  • be proficient with computers (spreadsheets, e-mail, followup tools, able to learn business applications)
  • be able to repeatedly lift 50 lb
  • be a great communicator and be fluent in english
  • have or be willing to get a driver’s license
  • have or be willing to obtain a forklift license
  • have a team attitude
  • have the desire to grow and learn
  • be eligible to legally work in Canada
