We’re working with reduced local staff to fill online orders. We’re maintaining social distance, disinfecting surfaces frequently and washing our hands.

We’re in good spirits and we’re filling orders with an extra dose of care and caring.

You can order online and receive Free Shipping in Canada on orders with roasted coffee valued over $45.

If you have not ordered from us recently, you’ll notice that we’ve made a number of improvements to our online store.

Upon shipping your order, we now provide integrated package tracking by email and it is also available on your account.

We also now provide a PDF invoice when we ship. This too is stored on your account for future reference… No need to hunt for that email notification!

For those of you who have had trouble logging in to the new system, we’ve added the ability to log in with your Facebook or Google account.

We also offer guest checkout if you prefer not to maintain an account.

As we navigate through these tumultuous times, we can remember that enjoying a cup of our certified Bird Friendly® coffee can rejuvenate us, support growers who maintain forest habitat for all the birds and other creatures there, and can even mitigate climate change.

I hope we come out of this crisis with a new appreciation of our impact, new resolve to improve our record, and deepened love and caring for what really matters.
