Do I have to setup an Account?

No, you can checkout as a guest.

But using an account unlocks great features!  Like reviewing past orders, order copy to cart.  You can securely store payment methods, and billing & shipping addresses on an account.  You can see available coupons.  You can login with your Google, Facebook, Twitter, PayPal or Amazon account. 

And we never share your information with anyone. No-one.  Ever.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept a huge selection of payment methods!

Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.  You can save your payment method on your account or enter it with every order.  Whatever works best for you!

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes! We offer online gift cards!  Learn more…

If you are looking for a gift card for the café, please visit in person to get a physical gift card.  The café is now owned by Adriana!

Can I pickup?

Yes! You can pickup orders at the Adriana’s Birds and Beans Café at the end of the next business day. You will receive an email when the order is available for pickup.

Want to pickup sooner than that?  The café has its own ordering system for products that it carries.  They are ready for pickup within minutes!  See

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders with roasted coffee over $45. This does not apply to green(unroasted) coffee or other products, but if you order $45 of roasted coffee we will ship anything you add to the order for free. Learn more…

Do you offer Coffee of the Month Subscriptions?

Yes!  We have a very convenient and flexible subscription service. 

You can setup a subscription for coffee of the month or any other coffee.  We have many self serve features.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

Yes you can – anytime!

Login to your account, Click the Subscriptions tab then select your subscription and click Hold on your subscription. Click Reactivate when you want to restart.

When you reactivate, your subscription schedule picks up the original schedule.  You’ll probably want to use the Send Now button to ship immediately and reschedule the frequency from there.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes you can – anytime!

Use the Edit button on your subscription to choose your frequency.  If you find that once a month is a little too much, change it to every 5 weeks or 6 weeks.  Or to get the free shipping change the shipping to every 3rd month.  

If you want an odd schedule that you don’t see offered, let us know and we can change it to every 10 weeks.

I love Honduras Howler Monkey Pitch Black (or other). Can I get that on subscription?

Yes you can!

Our subscriptions are flexible.  You can choose Coffee of the Month or any other coffee.  You can even add tea.

Can I add and remove items from my Subscription?

Yes you can – anytime!  We have great self serve options.  We’re here to help if you have problems.

To Add an Item:

Login first and shop for the item you wish to add.  If you already have a subscription, it will appear in a dropdown list with label – Add to existing subscription – Choosing an existing subscription will enable the Add to subscription button.  You’ll see a confirmation message at the top of the page.  That’s it!  You’ll receive the item on your next subscription order!  You can go see it by clicking the Subscriptions menu item.

To Remove an Item:

Login and select the Subscriptions tab. Find the subscription and click Details.  Each item line begins with a red X. Click the X on the line you wish to remove. (Note that if you only have 1 line the X does not appear… removing it would result in an empty subscription.)

To change the quantity of an item:

Navigate to the subscription details and choose Edit subscription. The quantity fields open for your changes.

I want to add something just for my next cycle. Can I do that?

Yes you can!

There are 2 methods.  The obvious one is to add it to your subscription and then remove it after the subscription instalment ships and before the next one fires.

But if you are like me, you might forget to remove it before the next cycle. So we have a coupon you can use to ship a one time order with your next subscription installment.  You’ll get your 10% discount and free shipping on the one time order.

Login to your account.  Create an order for the item(s).  From the cart or checkout page, subscribers will see an eligible coupon. This will cause whatever is in the cart to ship with next subscription installment.

Make sure the Free Shipping with Next Subscription Order option is selected 🙂
