Why are there multiple online stores? Which one should I use?

In 2001 we began shipping across Canada from our original web-store. As our wholesale base grew, we added an online store for wholesale customers.  During the Covid-19 pandemic we added a takeout web-store for the storefront.

Do I have to setup an account?

No, you can checkout as a guest.

But using an account unlocks great features!  Like reviewing past orders, order copy to cart.  You can securely store payment methods, and billing & shipping addresses on an account.  You can see available coupons.  You can login with your Google, Facebook, Twitter, PayPal or Amazon account. 

And we never share your information with anyone. No-one.  Ever.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept a huge selection of payment methods!

Credit and Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay.  You can save your payment method on your account or enter it with every order.  Whatever works best for you!

Do you offer Gift Cards?

If you are looking for an online gift card for takeout, you can purchase one from the takeout web-store:

Why is my Gift Card not Working?

Our gift cards can be used from the shop where they were purchased.  Let us know if you want your gift card transferred to the takeout web-store: or vice versa.

Can I pickup?

Yes! You can pickup orders at the Storefront at the end of the next business day. You will receive an email when the order is available for pickup.

Want to pickup sooner than that?  The Storefront has its own ordering system for products that it carries.  They ready for pickup within minutes!  See

Do you offer Coffee of the Month Subscriptions?

Yes!  We have a very convenient and flexible subscription service. 

You can setup a subscription for coffee of the month or any other coffee.  We have many self serve features.

Can I put my subscription on hold?

Yes you can – anytime!

Login to your account, Click the Subscriptions tab then select your subscription and click Suspend. Click Reactivate when you want to restart.

Can I change the frequency of my subscription?

Yes you can – anytime!

Call us or email us and we will take care of it. So, if once a month is a little too much, let us know and we can make it once every 5 weeks or 6 weeks.  

I love Honduras Howler Monkey Pitch Black (or other). Can I get that on subscription?

Yes you can!

Our subscriptions are flexible.  You can choose Coffee of the Month or any other coffee.  You can even add tea.

Can I add and remove items from my Subscription?

Yes you can – anytime!  We have great self serve options.  We’re here to help if you have problems.

To Add an Item:

Login and shop for the item you wish to add.  Choose the radio button Subscribe and Save 10% Tick the checkbox Add to an existing subscription If you have a subscription matching the dropdown frequency, you will see a summary.  Click the Subscribe button


Note that the shipment frequency of the product you want to add must match an existing subscription.

To Remove an Item:

Login and select the Subscriptions tab. Find the subscription and click View.  Each item line begins with a red X. Click the X on the line you wish to remove. (Note that if you only have 1 line the X does not appear… removing it would result in an empty subscription.)

To change the quantity of an item:

To increase the quantity, add the item.  The system will increment the quantity.  To reduce the quantity, remove the line item and add it back with the reduced quantity.  

I want to add something just for my next cycle. Can I do that?

Yes you can!

Login to your account.  Create an order for the item you want one time with your next subscription shipment.  From the cart or checkout page, you will see an eligible coupon. This will add the cart to your next subscription an apply a 10% subscriber discount.

Make sure you choose the Free Shipping with Next Subscription Order option 🙂

I want to remove an item just for my next cycle. Can I do that?


First, login and suspend your subscription. Then create an order with the quantities and items that you want.  You will automatically receive the 10% subscriber discount on the one time order 🙂

Don’t forget to re-activate your subscription.  (If you do forget, shoot us an email and we’ll get it to you quickly.)
