CUPW to Vote on Final Offer

Between July 21, 2025, and August 1, 2025,  employees represented by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) will have the opportunity to vote on the Corporation’s final offers for collective agreements. Canada Post and CUPW have remained at a significant impasse since December 2024 causing huge disruption to our deliveries.  During that time two things have happened:  

  1. we have developed relationships with other couriers.
  2. Canada Post has redefined delivery areas resulting in significant increased its costs to some destinations

As a result, when the situation stabilizes, we will use a suite of couriers going forward.  We understand that each courier that serves a route may not work for you.  If you let us know in advance, we can code your account with a courier that does work for you. 

We will continue to offer free shipping across Canada when you order $54 of roasted coffee.

GTA by Flashbox

We love Flashbox and default to it for GTA shipments.  

During the disruption we are sending GTA shipments by Flashbox unless your address is to a PO Box or you have specifically requested Canada Post.

You can interact directly with your Flashbox delivery driver!  This is a two way communication directly with your driver.  You can setup specific delivery instructions (e.g.”leave with my neighbour at #999″, “text me and I will come downstairs”).  Or perhaps even divert your package to an alternate address.
