We offer many frequency choices from the subscription tab on your account. You can choose from every month to every 3 months. Or fine tune from every week to every 6 weeks.
By adjusting the frequency and the quantity, you can find the rhythm that suits your evolving routine.
Navigation
When logged in, choose account from the main menu. Choose the Subscriptions vertical tab from the left. If you have a subscription, it will be displayed.
Change the Frequency
You need to change the Frequency and the Next Order Date together.
To Change Frequency, set the 2 drop downs so they read the frequency that you want. For example, “every 6 weeks” or “every month”. If you don’t see the frequency you want, let us know and we might be able to do it from our end.
You must also explicitly choose the next order date. This date must be after the current date.
When you have done this, your next order will be created on the next order date and the one after that will follow your frequency pattern.
Note that when a new order is created, either by you or the subscription, it is typically processed and shipped on the next business day.
