Hold Anytime. Restart Anytime

Is coffee piling up? Are you going on vacation? Is a student leaving for school? Hold your subscription anytime.  And restart anytime!

Login and navigate to your account and choose the subscription tab.  If your subscription is active, you will see a Hold button in the Actions section.  Pressing it puts an immediate hold on your subscription.  You will see an acknowledgement notice at the top of the page and you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. 

If your order already recurred, this does NOT cancel it, even if that order has not yet shipped.

Note that when your subscription is on hold you are not an active subscriber and active subscriber discounts will not be applied.

To reactivate, login and navigate to your account and choose the subscription tab. 

If your subscription is on hold, you will see a Reactivate button in the Actions section.  Pressing it immediately reactivates your subscription.  You will see an acknowledgement notice at the top of the page and you will receive an email confirmation within a few minutes. 

Review your next order date after reactivating. You can choose to send now or reschedule the next order if you wish.
