How to get Free Shipping
Orders containing more than $54 of Roasted Coffee qualify for Free Shipping to most destinations in Canada!
You will have the opportunity to see the cost of shipping to your destination before placing your order. For orders below $54 we charge our cost with no markup or handling fees.
** Please note that shipping charges are subject to HST (or GST if you are in a province that opts out of HST taxation).
How Long will it Take?
Over the years, we’ve developed a reputation for really fast service. We roast and ship to order daily Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed by 7am on business days typically ship that day!
Orders to the GTA, Ottawa, London, Winsor and Montreal usually arrive the next business day after we ship them! Most other destinations in Ontario arrive within 2 business days of shipping. Standard shipping to Halifax, Moncton, Regina, Saint John, Saskatoon and Winnipeg are typically 3 days, 4 days to Calgary, Charlottetown, Edmonton, Fredericton and Vancouver, and 5 days to Victoria.
Can I track my package?
Yes! When we ship your order you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your order’s progress. Note that the system at the courier may not recognize the tracking number for some hours after it is picked up.
Shipping Options if you are not home when it arrives
Each courier handles shipping options differently. Your shipping email contains information about how to work with each courier.
What if my package is Undeliverable?
Please ensure the address you enter is correct and complete. Packages returned to us due to incorrect shipping addresses or that are not picked up from the post office or depot are subject to a return postage fee and a reshipment fee if applicable.
Can I pick it up at the Storefront?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout. We typically fulfill your order on our next business day and deliver it to the cafe on Lakeshore Blvd W at the end of the next business day. We email you when it arrives there.
