Payments are secure powered by Stripe Payment Gateway. Anywhere you see a credit card form it is communicating directly with them and we never see your credit card information. It’s pretty cool!
We have self serve options to do just about everything you want. You can hold and reactivate your subscription, skip a shipment, reschedule your next shipment. You can even change the frequency to odd schedules like every 5 weeks.
You can add, remove and change the quantities of items*. You can change the payment method, the shipping address*.
It’s a gift? You can send a subscription to someone else.
