That first sip of strong coffee hits like a chocolate orange.  The next sip is caramel.  And then unmistakable banana. The next few minutes are a song of fruit, chocolate and spice.  Shifting, cardamom, mandarine orange with steady eucalyptus … and was that rosemary on the nose?  Sponge toffee grows as it cools.  All this interest while remaining balanced.  What a great cup!
