A celebration of migration, we blended this from a natural process and a fully washed coffee. Both have great origin stories that we will explore on Substack during the month May.
The coffee is very interesting with dominant maple syrup, baking spices and a long pleasant aftertaste.
For best effect, brew this coffee at 3/4 strength
Varietals: Catuai, Typica, Caturra
Elevation: 825 – 1500 metres
Other: a blend of Natural Processed and fully washed
